臺灣冷凍電子顯微鏡聯盟吳尚蓉 副教授

我們的聯盟以穿透式電子顯微鏡為工具，致力於解決生命科學與疾病問題的蛋白質、病毒、細胞等超微結構議題。我們包括中研院蛋白質超微結構團隊、國立臺灣大學冷凍電子顯微鏡核心和國立成功大學i-MANI中心三個頂尖團隊，憑藉互補專長，服務範圍橫跨全台。

中研院團隊由蔡明道 院士及徐尚德 研究員領導，提供客製化電顯實驗及數據運算分析，並協助無經驗計畫主持人進行蛋白質製備、純化、上機等工作。詹迺立 教授帶領的臺大團隊除了高解析度蛋白質結構解析，也以特有微晶電子繞射服務著重於難晶化小分子膜蛋白結構解析，並提供高解析度的胞器與細胞三維斷層造影技術。成大i-MANI中心專注於關鍵冷凍電顯技術、免疫金標定服務，以及各類生物和高分子樣本的客製化包埋及超薄切片服務，長期以來為業界提供專業支援。

服務項目：
蛋白質單體、複合物之冷凍電子顯微鏡 (Cryo-EM) 高解析度結構，包含單顆粒解析 (Single particles analysis)；微脂體、微胞、病毒微粒、奈米藥物等巨分子等，穿透式電子顯微鏡 (TEM) 拍攝; TEM微晶電子繞射服務(MicroED)；胞器與細胞三維構造斷層造影 (Tomography)；各類生物及高分子樣本客製化包埋、常溫及冷凍超薄切片(Ultratome & Cryo-Ultratome) 服務。
