Taiwan Mouse Clinic and Animal Consortium-National Comprehensive Mouse Phenotyping and Drug Testing CenterIBMS, AS. Chen, Chih-Cheng Research Fellow

The "Taiwan Mouse Clinic and Animal Consortium" is a comprehensive animal testing facility that serves the research community in drug development. We integrate five national animal facilities: the Taiwan Mouse Clinic (TMC), the Animal Image Facility (AIF) of Academia Sinica, the Small Animal Imaging Core of NYCU (NYCU-BRC), the Laboratory Animal Center of NCKU (NCKU-LAC), and the Laboratory of Phenomics & Diagnostics in KCGMH (KCGMH-PDC). By leveraging the expertise of these animal facilities, we provide technical and intellectual consultancy services, as well as services related to biotechnology research, drug development, translation studies, and preclinical validation.
We offer the following services:
(1) Mouse Phenotyping, including Neuroscience, Cardiovascular, Metabolism, and Immunology.
(2) Pathology and disease diagnosis of experimental animals.
(3) Molecular and animal imaging.
(4) Human disease mouse models.
(5) Drug evaluation, including efficacy, safety, and toxicity.
(6) Customized services.
Our goal is to assist users in achieving new drug discoveries and foster the growth of the biotechnology industry in Taiwan.
