Bioinformatics Core Facility for Biotechnology and Pharmaceuticals has extensive experience in the application of the cutting-edge technology in big data and artificial intelligence. We provide state-of-the-art and in-depth customized bioinformatics and health information services to fulfill your research needs. They include genomic and proteomic analysis required for biomarker research, protein structure analysis, as well as various data analysis and A.I.-based computing services that can be widely applied in areas such as new drug development, vaccine research, genetic diseases screening, biomedical imaging analysis, disease risk analysis, disease diagnosis, and prognosis prediction.

This Core is a multidisciplinary collaboration combining big data expertise from National Health Research Institutes, National Ching Hua University, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, National Cheng Kung University, Asia University Taiwan, and Academia Sinica. We have made available one-stop comprehensive service for customized needs, including research design, wet-lab experiments referral, data preprocessing, data analysis, and biological interpretation.

We provide free on-line bioinformatics services including 59 analytic tools and 28 databases, on our official site http://www.tbi.org.tw.

We host education and training programs regularly to introduce new technology, with customized training programs to fulfill your needs.
