National Biomedical Data Service and Analysis Computing PlatformNCHC, NARLabs. Yu-Tai Wang Researcher

GP1 core facility provides bioinformatics services based on computing infrastructure and analysis platforms. It covers large-memory and parallel computing clusters containing CPU and GPU nodes, high-speed parallel file system, and remote backup facilities required for large-scale data analysis of the next generation sequencing and protein structure. It also contains lots of bioinformatics software, platforms and customized services. Furthermore, we also provide QIAGEN Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA) service for system biology research. In order to increase the speed of the next generation sequencing secondary analysis, illumina DRAGEN Server and NVIDIA Parabricks are also our service items. In addition to meeting the needs to genome analysis, we provide on demand service with Schrödinger software suite on TWCC GPU VM and structure biology packages including the AlphaFold 3D protein structure prediction method were installed on our computing clusters for the requirement of structural biology research.
Through these services, we may connect upstream and downstream users from the core facility to create an environment for the academic circle and industry of life sciences and personalized medicine.
