Our Services
The Pharmacogenomics Lab aims to establish a world-class core facility that implements "translational medicine - functional genomics research," "clinical application - precision medicine," "prevention - precision health management," "talent cultivation - multi-principle experts model," and "enterpriseized project enforcement team management and development." We provide a comprehensive genomic service platform for academic users, genomic sequencing and gene testing with medical credentials for medical institutions, and support nationwide industrial research with CRDMO pattern.

Our Key Features

• Advanced and Comprehensive Functional Genomic Research Platform: We possess cutting-edge platforms for single-cell research, long-read single-molecule RNA and DNA sequencing using nanopore technology, digital PCR technology, and biochip analysis.
• Medical Credential Gene Test Reports: We complies with the regulations of the "Precision Medical Molecular Testing Lab" of the Taiwan Food and Drug Administration, Ministry of Health and Welfare, and the USA PMP. We provide customized lab-developed tests and offer consultation for IVD implementation.
• Supporting the biotechnology industry value chain in Taiwan: We contribute to the biotech industry by providing talent training, reinforcing the Laboratory Developed Test Service (LDTS) and relevant regulation education, engaging in international collaborations, leveraging our laboratory's core capabilities, and elevating the overall performance of the national biotech industry through academic-industry collaborations and Contract Research, Development, and Manufacturing Organization (CRDMO) partnerships.

Service Offering

• Basic research: WGS, WES, AmpSeq, ChIP Seq, mRNA Seq, miR Seq, Expression array, Protein array, QPCR, Single-cell sequencing, TCR and BCR profiling.
• Clinical gene tests (TFDA LDTS certified): DNA mass spectrometer - highly sensitive cancer gene tests, digital PCR - liquid biopsy gene tests, next-generation sequencing cancer gene test kits.
• Customized services: Proteogenomics service, Contract Research, Development, and Manufacturing Organization.
